Jean-Charles Equoy

CEO

Jean-Charles co-founded Assembly in 2018 with Marcus Meijer and Philippe Bidaud. As CEO, Jean-Charles has overall responsibility and oversight of all Assembly’s activities. With an high real estate track record, Jean-Charles ensures the development of the activity and the respect of the targets of high quality of our projects.
Previously, Jean-Charles spent more than 15 years in real estate development as Development Director for Intrawest Placemaking in Switzerland and Regional Managing Director for Sogelym Dixence in Paris. Jean-Charles is Engineer graduated from ESTP in Paris and has a Mathematic Degree.

Edouard de Lanouvelle

Operation Director

Edouard joined Assembly in April 2019.
As Operation Director, Edouard has the responsibility of the projects management from the acquisition to the delivery of the building.

Previously, Edouard spent more than 7 years as Program Manager for NEXITY and more than 3 years as Program Director for COVIVIO.
Edouard is Engineer graduated from ESTP in Paris.

Sophia Houari

Analyst

Sophia joined Assembly in December 2018 as an Analyst. She started at Stepling, Paris, as a Real Estate Investment Analyst and at Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) as a Counterparty Risk Analyst.

Sophia graduated from Neoma Business School, Reims, with a Master’s Degree in Finance. She speaks French, English and Spanish fluently.

Delphine Angleys

Office manager

Delphine joined Assembly in January 2019 as an Office manager.
She spent 7 years of expatriation in Tunisia and in the United States as a legal and commercial assistant.

Back to France, she joined a Notary office as a Clerk of Notary.
She is graduated from Clerc of notary school of Lyon.
She speaks French and English fluently.
